the school’s transportation department in writing at least 1 month in advance.

No service withdrawal is possible in the months of May, January, and March.
Charges for the month of March must be paid in advance. - Transportation charges are calculated as per the calendar month even if the
service is used for only a single day. Charges are not calculated on a pro-rata basis. - In case of any changes in guardians or caretakers, parents must inform the
transportation in-charge in writing well in advance. - Parents are requested to strictly adhere to the transportation timelines.
After the waiting time is over, the vehicle will leave the stop without notice. - Parents are requested not to involve in discussions directly with the helping or driving staff.
For any complaint or feedback, kindly contact the transportation in-charge. - Availing transportation facility in the middle of the session is subject to
availability of seats in the vehicle. - For new routes, stop creation will be done after checking feasibility.
Transportation service is meant for convenience;
home pick and drop is not guaranteed. - For residential societies, pick and drop will be available only
up to the main gate of the society. - For creche and day-care drops, it will be the responsibility of the parent to
ensure that the day-care staff receives the child on time. - No child will be dropped without the presence of parents or guardians.
If no one is available at the stop, the child will be taken back to the school and
parents will need to collect the child from the school. - If parents allow their child to return home from the stop alone, they must provide
an affidavit for school record. The format can be obtained from the respective branch. - As the school transportation system is vendor-supported, the school will not be held
responsible for any unfortunate incident occurring during student transit.
