Admission Procedure and Guidelines – Session 2026-27

Age Criteria

• Pre-Nursery: 2 years old as on 31st July 2026
• Nursery: 3 years old as on 31st July 2026
• LKG: 4 years old as on 31st July 2026
• UKG: 5 years old as on 31st July 2026
• Class 1st: 6 years old as on 31st July 2026
• Admissions to higher classes are subject to vacancy and previous class passing from a recognized school (ICSE/CBSE).

Entrance Procedure

• Pre-Nursery to UKG: Offline observation and interaction.
• Class I onwards: Entrance test required.

Note:

• Failure to take admission on the given date will result in the seat being offered to another candidate.
• Incomplete applications will be rejected.
• New session begins in April or as scheduled during the interaction.
• Admission is purely based on merit and interaction.
• Transport is available on selected routes and is optional.

Admission Steps

• Collect registration form from the reception (upon payment).
• Submit the form and receive an interaction/test date.
• Children below Class I will undergo informal interaction with teachers.
• Class I onwards: Written test based on general syllabus.
• Parents will also meet the Principal and Core Management Team.
• Admission offer must be accepted with fee payment immediately.

Note: Admission is purely on the child’s merit and seat availability. School’s decision is final.

Post Admission

Class, section, and house are allotted by the admission department. A meeting with the class teacher is also arranged.

Admission Information

The academic session runs from April to March. Registrations open in September each year. Written tests and interviews follow form submission.

• Merit-based admission.
• Forms must be complete with signatures.
• No written test for Nursery.

• Aadhar Card/Number
• Birth Certificate (Municipal Body for KG)
• Transfer Certificate (from last school)
• Previous Report Card
• Three passport-size photographs of the child
• One stamp-size photo for ID card
• Family photograph with admitted child
• Photograph of designated guardian

Fee Structure (2026-27)

Registration Fee: Rs.1,000/-

Admission Fee: Rs.20,000/-
PRE-NURSERY: Nil

Sibling Benefit

• First Child: No Benefit
• Second Child: 10% discount on Composite Fee
• Third Child: 10% discount on Composite Fee
